## Delivery
- Free UK delivery on every order placed at toolsmithltd.co.uk. Jewellery Tools (jewellerytools.co.uk) and Dental Bench (dentalbench.co.uk) have their own delivery terms, published on their own sites.
- Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day; later orders are dispatched the next working day. Most UK orders arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch. Express delivery (£6.99) is available at checkout.
- International delivery is available. Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout (delivered duty paid), so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
- Knives, axes, razors and other bladed items ship to UK addresses only.

## Returns
- 30 days from delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
- You pay return postage unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it. Report damage or faults within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return; your bank may take 3-10 working days to show it.
- Sterilised or opened instrument sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We don't run formal exchanges.
- We don't offer a separate warranty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are also unaffected.

- Our tools are manufactured in Pakistan, the country of origin declared on our products.
- Manufacturer certificates (PIK PAK Industries, Sialkot): ISO 9001:2015 (QMS1224, valid to 5 August 2027); ISO 13485:2016 for non-active surgical and dental instruments (PK250801003, to 31 July 2027); REACH EC/1907/2006 (IBC 9251310/9270, to 24 June 2027); EU MDR EC Representative IBC Sweden (SRN SE-AR-000001625; certificate IBC 02502141A, appointed by PIK PAK for the Class I devices in its Annex A, valid 13 February 2026 to 12 February 2027). These are the manufacturer's certificates, not Toolsmith Ltd's own.
