Hi, I'm Khurram Yaseen. I started Toolsmith in 2025 because every trade professional I knew had the same problem — they couldn't find a UK supplier who understood precision tools.
Generic marketplaces stock generic tools. Amazon will sell you a "jeweller's plier set" that's fine for craft beads and useless for sterling silver wire. A working bench jeweller needs parallel-action jaws with the right tolerance. A dental technician needs a wax carver with the correct tip geometry. A watchmaker needs a spring-bar plier that grips 1.2 mm lugs without marring the case. Generic ranges don't go that deep.
So I built Toolsmith Ltd as a proper UK-based precision tools supplier — 1,200+ specialist tools. Every order ships from UK stock, either packed by us or through Amazon's UK fulfilment centres, and we aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, the same working day.

How we buy
Our tools are made by PIK PAK Industries in Sialkot, Pakistan, a manufacturer we work with directly. No grey-market "pro grade" resellers, no unbranded stock from unknown suppliers. If we can't stand behind a tool, it doesn't make the range.
Khurram has exhibited on the PIK PAK stand at Inhorgenta Munich and the International Dental Show (IDS) in Cologne, and at T-Gold Vicenza.

No - Toolsmith is a specialist retailer, not a manufacturer. We source trade-grade tools from PIK PAK Industries, an established Sialkot manufacturer, and stock them in the UK so UK buyers don't wait for overseas freight or pay import fees at the door.
How is Toolsmith different from Amazon or generic suppliers?
We focus narrowly on precision tools for trade and advanced-hobbyist use. Every product page calls out the actual spec (jaw geometry, Swiss-cut grade, stainless alloy, point geometry) rather than a generic description. UK stock, fast dispatch, free UK delivery, 30-day returns, and trade-tier discounts available from 250 pounds annual volume.
