Burdizzo or Serra emasculator: which do I need?
A Burdizzo is bloodless: it crushes the spermatic cord without cutting the skin. A Serra emasculator crushes and cuts, and is used for surgical castration of larger animals. Always follow current UK veterinary guidance.
Do you stock pet grooming tools alongside veterinary?

Do you dispatch the same day?
We aim to. Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are targeted for same-day dispatch; later orders are dispatched from the next working day. It is a target, not a guarantee. Most UK orders arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch.
What's your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Sealed sterile instrument sets cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery, for hygiene reasons. You pay return postage unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
