Shipping Policy

Fast, free UK delivery on every order, with same-day dispatch for anything ordered before 2pm on a working day. Here's exactly how it works.

Delivery cost

Free UK delivery on every order, no minimum spend. International shipping is available — email info@toolsmithltd.co.uk with your country and we'll quote you.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
We'll email a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number the moment your order leaves us.

UK delivery times

Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland may take an extra 1–2 working days.
We use Royal Mail and Evri as standard. Larger or heavier orders go via a tracked courier (DPD / Parcelforce).

International delivery

We ship to most of Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and selected other countries on request. Rates are calculated by weight and quoted per-order. Duties and import VAT are the customer's responsibility — we mark all parcels accurately.

Tracking your order

Your dispatch email contains a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us with your order number and we'll resend it.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch (UK) or 10 working days (international), email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier immediately. You're covered either way — we'll send a replacement or refund if a parcel is genuinely lost.

Wrong address entered?

Email us within 30 minutes of placing the order and we can usually redirect before dispatch. After dispatch we can't change the address, but most carriers allow the recipient to redirect via their tracking link.

Bulk and trade orders

Trade and bulk orders (colleges, practices, institutions) ship via tracked courier with pallet options for large volumes. Email info@toolsmithltd.co.uk or visit our Trade & Bulk Orders page for quotes and NET 30 terms.
