Check the product page: our surgical and veterinary instruments are stainless steel, and each page gives the steel grade and autoclave suitability where the manufacturer has confirmed them. Sterilisation and single-patient protocols remain the responsibility of the practice.

Can mobile vets order kit to a home/van address rather than the practice?
Yes — your trade account can be set up with multi-address delivery. Mobile vets regularly order restocks to home or van addresses.

Do you stock suture material or consumables?
Not currently — Toolsmith is a tools and instruments specialist. For sutures, bandages and pharmaceutical consumables, established UK trade suppliers are Millpledge Veterinary, NASCO UK and JAK Marketing.
