The mark (figurative) was accepted by the UK Intellectual Property Office on 7 May 2026 and covers Class 8 — hand-operated tools and implements. The mark is currently in the post-acceptance opposition window and will be registered following the statutory 2-month publication period if no opposition is raised.

Until the registration certificate is issued, the trademark symbol displayed is ™ rather than ® in accordance with section 95 of the UK Trade Marks Act 1994.
