This disc cutter set produces clean, repeatable angel-shaped blanks from non-ferrous sheet metal. The set includes a solid steel die block and four corresponding punches, all machined from hardened, tempered high-carbon tool steel to maintain a sharp cutting edge.

To operate, place your sheet metal (up to 18 gauge) into the die. Insert the desired punch and strike it firmly and squarely with a suitable mallet or hammer. For best results and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant, such as Bur-Life, and annealing your metal before punching.

Use this set to create consistent components for jewellery or craft projects. It is ideal for producing batches of charms for bracelets, pendants for necklaces, or decorative metalwork appliqués.

  • Cuts four distinct angel-shaped blanks from non-ferrous sheet metal.
  • Punch sizes: 11.1x15.9mm, 13.8x17.9mm, 17.7x21.1mm, and 20.9x23.8mm.
  • Made from hardened and tempered high-carbon tool steel for a sharp edge.
  • Suitable for soft sheet metals up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm) in thickness.
  • Solid steel die block measures approximately 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inches).
