Produce clean, repeatable club-shaped blanks from sheet metal with this four-punch disc cutter set. The die block and corresponding punches are machined from hardened high-carbon tool steel for durability and edge retention. The tool is designed for cutting soft, non-ferrous metals like silver, gold, copper, and brass.

To operate, slide your metal sheet (up to 18 gauge or 1.02 mm) into the desired slot and strike the corresponding punch firmly with a brass or nylon mallet. The set includes four distinct club sizes: 13.52 x 15.1 mm, 16.24 x 19.04 mm, 20.6 x 24.12 mm, and 23.31 x 27.29 mm. Using a cutting lubricant will prolong the life of the cutting edges.

Ideal for creating custom charms, pendants, and decorative elements for jewellery, or for producing consistent components in model making and metal craft projects.

  • Cuts four distinct club shapes from non-ferrous metal sheet up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).

  • The solid steel die block measures 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inches) for stability on the bench.
  • Punches feature a sharp cutting edge and a beveled end for striking with a mallet.
