This disc cutter set allows you to punch four distinct sizes of crescent moon shapes from non-ferrous metal sheet. The set includes a solid steel die block and four corresponding punches, each machined from hardened carbon tool steel for clean, repeatable cuts.

To use, slide your sheet metal (up to 18 gauge) into the die, insert the correct punch, and strike firmly with a mallet. The four crescent sizes are 10.6x11.2mm, 13.69x14.47mm, 16.36x17.29mm, and 19.06x20.15mm. Using a cutting lubricant will prolong the life of the cutting edges.

This tool is ideal for creating celestial-themed jewellery components, decorative inlays for model making, or producing consistent blanks for stamping and enamelling.

  • Four crescent punches: 10.6x11.2mm, 13.7x14.5mm, 16.4x17.3mm, and 19.1x20.2mm.
  • Block and punches are machined from hardened high-carbon tool steel.
  • Cuts non-ferrous metals like silver and copper up to 18 gauge (1.02mm).
  • The solid steel die block measures 63.5 x 89 mm (2.5 x 3.5 inches).
  • Each punch is approximately 38mm (1.5 inches) long with a bevelled striking end.
