This disc cutter set produces clean, repeatable dolphin-shaped blanks from non-ferrous metal sheet. The set includes a solid steel die block and three corresponding punches, allowing you to create components in graduated sizes for varied jewellery and craft designs.

The three precise punch sizes are 26.60 x 14.40 mm, 20.57 x 11.13 mm, and 11.33 x 6.13 mm. Both the block and punches are made from tempered high-carbon tool steel for durability and edge retention. To use, place your sheet metal in the desired slot, insert the punch, and strike firmly with a hammer. For best results and to prolong tool life, use a cutting lubricant and work on a sturdy, non-marring surface.

Ideal for creating unique pendants, charms, or decorative inlays. The graduated sizes work well for producing matching earring and necklace sets or for layered metalwork pieces.

  • Cuts three distinct dolphin shapes from non-ferrous sheet metal.
  • Punch sizes (approx): 26.6 mm, 20.6 mm, and 11.3 mm lengths.
  • Cuts soft metals like silver, gold, and copper up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).
  • Block and punches are crafted from tempered high-carbon tool steel.
  • Solid 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inch) steel block provides a stable cutting base.
