This disc cutter set allows you to punch four distinct sizes of 'V-wing' shapes from soft metal sheet. The set includes a solid steel die block and four corresponding punches, each machined from hardened and tempered carbon tool steel for a clean, shearing action.

To use, place your sheet metal in the desired slot and strike the corresponding punch firmly with a mallet or hammer. The four punch sizes are 9.36x12.21 mm, 11.54x15.07 mm, 13.82x18.05 mm, and 16.33x21.33 mm. For optimal performance and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and working with annealed metal.
