This disc cutter set allows you to punch clean, consistent wide heart shapes from non-ferrous metal sheet. The set includes a solid 76 mm square steel block and four corresponding punches, all machined from hardened carbon tool steel for durability.

The four included punch sizes are 12.08x12.27 mm, 14.6x14.83 mm, 17.57x17.85 mm, and 21.44x21.57 mm. For the cleanest cuts and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and striking the punch with a suitable mallet. The tool is effective on sheet up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).

Use this tool to create pendants, charms, and decorative elements for jewellery. It is also useful for model makers and crafters needing to produce repeatable heart-shaped metal components.

  • Cutter block and punches are machined from high-carbon tool steel.
  • Includes four wide heart punches: 12.1, 14.6, 17.6, and 21.5 mm (approx).
  • Cuts non-ferrous sheet metal like silver and copper up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).
  • The solid steel cutter block measures 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inches).
  • Each punch has a sharp cutting face and a beveled end for striking.
