Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@toolsmithltd.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged after delivery and items returned after 30 days cannot be returned.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
