This 12-piece kit provides the necessary instruments for performing sinus lifts and bone compression during dental implant procedures. It is engineered to increase primary stability by gently condensing softer bone (Type 3 or 4) before implant placement, creating a more secure foundation.
The set features five graduated bone expansion screws, from 2.6 mm to 4.3 mm, allowing for progressive and controlled expansion. It includes a ratchet wrench for manual application of precise torque, alongside a motor mount adapter for powered use. All instruments are housed in a custom-fitted stainless steel case, suitable for autoclaving and sterile storage.
