This disc cutter set produces four distinct cameo head profiles from soft sheet metal. The set includes a solid steel die block and four corresponding punches, all machined from hardened carbon tool steel for clean, repeatable cuts. The four punch sizes are 9.79x11.8mm, 11.96x14.39mm, 14.56x17.56mm, and 16.74x20.18mm.

To use, place your sheet metal between the plates of the die block. Insert the desired punch and strike it firmly with a brass or nylon mallet to shear the blank. For the cleanest cuts and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and annealing your metal before punching.

This tool is ideal for jewellers creating unique pendants and earrings, craftspeople making decorative blanks for enamelling, or model engineers requiring consistently shaped small parts.
