Dental Sinus Lift & Bone Compression Kit with Saw Disks in Sterilisation Cassette

This comprehensive kit is designed for dental surgeons performing sinus lift and bone grafting procedures. It facilitates controlled bone condensation and expansion, particularly in softer type III and IV bone, to improve primary stability for dental implants.

The set includes five progressively sized expander screws, a pilot drill, and two saw disks. These are driven by the included 4.0 mm ratchet wrench, extender, and manual knob, allowing for precise, atraumatic osteotomy and bone manipulation. A latch adapter is also provided for versatility.

All components are housed in a durable, perforated stainless steel cassette for easy organisation and sterilisation.
