This disc cutter set produces four sizes of a detailed flying eagle shape from soft sheet metal. The set includes a solid steel die block and four matching punches, each machined from tempered high-carbon tool steel to create and hold a sharp cutting edge.

To use, slide your sheet metal into the appropriate slot on the 76 mm square block, insert the corresponding punch, and strike it firmly with a mallet or hammer. The four punch sizes are 24.94 x 15.61 mm, 20.84 x 13 mm, 16.97 x 10.63 mm, and 13.88 x 8.66 mm. For the cleanest cuts and to prolong the life of the tool, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and working with annealed metal.

This tool is ideal for jewellers creating themed collections, silversmiths making pendants or earrings, or crafters needing consistent, detailed shapes for decorative metalwork.

  • Cuts four distinct flying eagle shapes from non-ferrous sheet metal.
  • Punch sizes (approx): 24.9x15.6, 20.8x13, 17x10.6, and 13.9x8.7 mm.
  • Made from tempered high-carbon tool steel for durable cutting edges.
  • Solid 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inch) steel block provides a stable cutting base.
  • For soft metals up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm) like silver, copper, and brass.
