This disc cutter set allows you to produce three sizes of detailed lion-shaped blanks from sheet metal. The set includes a solid steel die block and three corresponding punches, machined from hardened carbon tool steel for durability and a clean cut.

To use, simply place your sheet metal (up to 18 gauge) into the die's slot, position the desired punch, and strike it firmly with a mallet or hammer. For best results and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and annealing your metal beforehand.

The three included punches create blanks measuring approximately 39.7 x 22.8 mm, 30.8 x 17.7 mm, and 22.5 x 13.0 mm. This tool is ideal for creating unique pendants, charms, and decorative elements for jewellery or metalcraft projects.

  • Cuts clean lion-shaped blanks from non-ferrous sheet metal up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).
  • Block and punches are machined from hardened and tempered high-carbon tool steel.
  • Includes three punch sizes: 39.7 mm, 30.8 mm, and 22.5 mm (approximate heights).
  • The solid steel die block measures approximately 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inches).
  • Punches feature a sharp cutting face and a bevelled end for striking with a hammer.
