This disc cutter set allows you to produce four distinct sizes of pointed leaf-shaped blanks from non-ferrous metal sheet. The set includes a robust steel die block and four corresponding punches, each machined from hardened tool steel for clean cuts and a long service life.

To operate, place your annealed metal sheet into the desired slot on the die block. Insert the matching punch, sharp-end down, and strike firmly with a mallet or hammer. For best results and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and a stable work surface.

Ideal for creating consistent components for jewellery, such as earrings and pendants, or for adding decorative elements to model engineering and craft projects.

  • Crafted from hardened and tempered high-carbon tool steel for durability.
  • Includes four pointed leaf punches: 9.6x15.4, 12.2x18.7, 14.4x21.5, and 17.0x24.7 mm.
  • Cuts non-ferrous sheet metal up to 18 gauge (approx. 1.0 mm) thick.
  • The solid steel die block measures approximately 64 x 89 mm (2.5 x 3.5 inches).
  • Produces clean, repeatable leaf-shaped blanks for pendants, earrings, and metalwork.
