This disc cutter set allows you to punch consistently shaped angel blanks from non-ferrous metal sheet. The set includes a heavy steel die block and three corresponding punches, all machined from hardened carbon tool steel for clean cutting and durability.
The die block is a solid 76 mm square, providing a stable base for striking. The three punches produce angel shapes with approximate maximum widths of 17.7 mm, 23.3 mm, and 27.7 mm (full dimensions are 17.7x19.43 mm, 23.26x25.55 mm, and 27.7x30.43 mm). For best results and to preserve the life of the cutting edges, use a cutting lubricant and work with annealed metal sheet up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).
