Coupland & Cryer Pattern Dental Root Elevator Set, 5-Piece, Stainless Steel
A five-piece set of dental root elevators, including three Coupland pattern and a pair of Cryer pattern instruments. These tools are designed for luxating teeth prior to extraction, using leverage to carefully separate the periodontal ligament from the tooth root.
The set includes straight Coupland elevators in 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm widths for anterior teeth, and a left/right pair of triangular Cryer elevators for removing broken roots or interproximal access. Each instrument is forged from a single piece of surgical-grade stainless steel with a knurled handle for precise control. The finish is resistant to corrosion and designed to withstand autoclaving.
Primary Applications:
- Dental tooth luxation and extraction
- Veterinary dental surgery
- Separating delicate components in model engineering or electronics repair
