Produce clean, consistent Gothic Cross blanks from sheet metal with this four-punch disc cutter set. The die block and corresponding punches are machined from hardened carbon tool steel, designed for repeated use on non-ferrous metals in a jewellery or craft workshop.

Simply place your sheet metal in the slot, insert the corresponding punch, and strike firmly with a mallet to cut the shape. The set includes four distinct punch sizes: 15.01 x 20.32 mm, 18.41 x 24.92 mm, 22.88 x 30.97 mm, and 25.52 x 34.55 mm. For best results and to maintain the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and working with annealed metal up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).

This tool is ideal for creating pendants, charms, and decorative elements for jewellery, model making, or mixed-media projects. It allows for fast, repeatable production of a popular and intricate shape.

  • Cuts four distinct Gothic Cross shapes from non-ferrous sheet metal.
  • Punch sizes (approx): 15x20mm, 18x25mm, 23x31mm, and 26x35mm.
  • Suits soft metals up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm) including silver, gold, and copper.
  • Die block and punches are machined from hardened carbon tool steel for durability.
  • Compact 3-inch (approx. 76 mm) square die block for stable benchtop use.
