This disc cutter set allows you to punch four different mustache-shaped blanks from soft sheet metal. The set includes a solid steel die block and four corresponding punches, each machined from hardened carbon tool steel for clean, repeatable cuts.

To use, place your annealed sheet metal (up to 18 gauge) into the die, insert the desired punch, and strike firmly with a suitable hammer. Using a cutting lubricant will prolong the life of the cutting edges. The four punch sizes are: 5.55 x 13.8mm, 6.82 x 16.9mm, 8.43 x 20.87mm, and 10.22 x 24.87mm.

This tool is ideal for creating novelty jewellery components like pendants and charms, crafting custom decorative elements for models, or producing unique metal embellishments for mixed-media projects.
