This disc cutter set allows you to punch four distinct sizes of narrow heart shapes from soft metal sheet. The set includes a solid, hardened carbon steel block and four matching punches, engineered for clean, repeatable cuts.

To use, place your sheet metal (up to 1.02 mm or 18 gauge) into the die, insert the corresponding punch, and strike firmly with a brass or nylon mallet. The punches create crisp blanks measuring approximately 23.75 x 11.55 mm, 19.75 x 9.57 mm, 16.16 x 8 mm, and 13.21 x 6.42 mm. Using a suitable cutting lubricant will help prolong the life of the cutting edges.

This tool is ideal for creating pendants, charms, and decorative elements for jewellery or detailed metal craft projects.

  • Block and punches are machined from hardened high-carbon tool steel.
  • Includes four narrow heart punches: 23.8, 19.8, 16.2, and 13.2 mm.
  • Cuts non-ferrous sheet metal up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm) thick.
  • The solid steel block measures approximately 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inches).
  • Punches feature a sharp cutting face and a beveled end for hammer striking.
