The block and four matching punches are machined from hardened carbon tool steel for durability and a sharp cutting action. The cutting edges are tempered to maintain their sharpness through repeated use with appropriate materials.

To use, place your sheet metal in the slot, insert the correct punch, and strike its bevelled end firmly with a brass or nylon mallet. The four included punch sizes are 12x13 mm, 18x17 mm, 21x22 mm, and 27x26 mm. For best results and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and annealing your metal before punching.
