This disc cutter set allows you to punch clean, consistent spade shapes from non-ferrous metal sheet. Both the 76 mm square die block and the four included punches are machined from high-carbon tool steel and have been tempered for durability and edge retention. This ensures a clean shearing action when struck, minimising finishing work on your blanks.

The set includes four distinct punch sizes (width x height): 18.76 x 12.52 mm, 20.11 x 15.03 mm, 26.81 x 20.04 mm, and 30.16 x 22.54 mm. It is designed to work with sheet metal up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm) thick. For best results and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and annealing your metal before punching.

This tool is well-suited for jewellers creating custom pendants, silversmiths producing decorative elements for larger pieces, or metalwork crafters making unique tags and components.

  • Punches and die block are machined from high-carbon tool steel, then tempered.
  • Includes four spade punches: 18.8x12.5, 20.1x15.0, 26.8x20.0, and 30.2x22.5 mm.
  • Cuts non-ferrous sheet metal like silver, copper, and brass up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).
  • The solid steel die block measures 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inches) for bench stability.
  • Slide sheet metal into the slot, insert the matching punch, and strike firmly.
