This disc cutter set allows you to punch four sizes of detailed butterfly blanks from soft metal sheet. The set includes a solid steel die block and four corresponding punches, each machined from hardened tool steel for clean, repeatable cuts.

The block measures 76 x 76 mm, providing a stable platform for your work. The four punches create butterfly shapes measuring approximately 22.2x17.4 mm, 18.4x14.4 mm, 15.0x11.8 mm, and 12.4x9.7 mm. For best results and to prolong tool life, use with a suitable cutting lubricant on annealed metal up to 1.2 mm (18 gauge) thick.

Use this set for creating charms, pendants, and decorative elements for jewellery, or for adding intricate details to model engineering and craft projects.

  • Cuts four distinct butterfly shapes from non-ferrous sheet metal up to 1.2 mm (18 gauge).
  • Punch sizes (W x H): 22.2x17.4, 18.4x14.4, 15.0x11.8, and 12.4x9.7 mm.
  • Block and punches are machined from hardened high-carbon tool steel for durability.
  • Solid 76 x 76 mm (3 x 3 inch) steel block provides a stable cutting base.
  • Punches feature a sharp cutting face and a bevelled end for striking with a hammer.
