Four-Piece Damascus Chef's Knife Set with Rosewood Handles and Individual Leather Sheaths
This four-piece set provides a versatile collection of hand-forged kitchen knives, each crafted from 512 layers of 4340 and 1075 steel. The forging process produces a distinctive 'twist' Damascus pattern, unique to each blade. The blades are hardened to 55-58 HRC, offering a good balance between edge retention and ease of sharpening.
Each knife features a full-tang design for strength and balance, fitted with shaped rosewood handle scales secured by brass pins. The set includes four knives of varying profiles and sizes, each with its own protective leather sheath.
Specifications:
- Knife A: 142mm (5.6") Blade, 305mm (12") Overall

Carrying in public. Under section 139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (with equivalents in Scotland and Northern Ireland), it is an offence to have any bladed or sharply pointed article in a public place without good reason or lawful authority. Carry your purchase only when transporting it directly to and from a workplace, workshop, fieldcraft course, hunting estate, or other lawful use.
Use. This is a sharp working tool, not a weapon. Cut away from the body, keep fingers behind the edge, sheathe before storing, and keep out of reach of children.
Care. Wipe dry after every use and apply a thin film of mineral or camellia oil to prevent rust — high-carbon and Damascus steels will spot or patina if left damp.
