This disc cutter set allows you to punch three distinct mushroom shapes from soft metal sheet. The set includes a solid steel die block and three matching punches, all machined from hardened carbon tool steel for durability and a clean cutting action.

To use, simply place your sheet metal (up to 18 gauge or 1.02mm) into the die and strike the corresponding punch firmly with a mallet. The three punch sizes are 13.32 x 15.51 mm, 15.32 x 17.83 mm, and 17.89 x 20.84 mm. For best results and to prolong the life of the cutting edges, we recommend using a cutting lubricant and annealing your metal.

Ideal for creating unique pendants, charms, and decorative elements for jewellery or metal craft projects.

  • Cuts clean mushroom-shaped blanks from non-ferrous metal sheet up to 18 gauge (1.02mm).
  • Includes a 76mm square steel die block and three distinct mushroom-shaped punches.
  • Punch sizes (WxH): 13.3x15.5mm, 15.3x17.8mm, and 17.9x20.8mm.
  • Punches and die block are crafted from hardened and tempered carbon tool steel.
  • Punches are approximately 38mm long with a bevelled end for striking with a mallet.
