Sheep & Lamb Speculum with Light — Duckbill Veterinary
Provides clear access and visibility for the vaginal examination of small ruminants. This duckbill speculum is manufactured from surgical stainless steel, ensuring it can withstand the demands of farm or veterinary use and can be fully sterilised between uses.
The instrument's design allows for gentle and controlled opening, minimising stress to the animal. An integrated light tube channel allows for the insertion of a light source (not included) to illuminate the examination area, which is critical for accurate diagnosis and for providing assistance during difficult births.
Common Applications:
- Assisting with lambing and kidding.
- Performing routine health checks and diagnostics.
- Administering intrauterine treatments.
