This disc cutter set allows jewellers and craftspeople to produce crisp, clean dog-shaped blanks from sheet metal. The set includes a solid steel die block and four matching punches, all machined from tempered carbon tool steel for repeated use.

The four punches create blanks in distinct sizes: 6.18 x 10.52 mm, 8.41 x 15.34 mm, 11.36 x 19.24 mm, and 15.14 x 25.76 mm. For optimal performance and to preserve the cutting edges, use with a cutting lubricant on non-ferrous metals up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm). Annealing the metal beforehand is also recommended.

Use this set to create unique pendants, charms, earrings, or decorative elements for larger metalwork projects.

  • Cuts clean, repeatable dog-shaped blanks from non-ferrous sheet metal.
  • Includes four hardened carbon steel punches and a matching 76 mm (3") square die block.
  • Rated for soft metals like silver, copper, and brass up to 18 gauge (1.02 mm).
  • Punches are machine-ground with sharp cutting ends and bevelled striking ends.
  • Creates four graduated sizes from approximately 6 mm up to 26 mm.
