Orthodontic Safety Hold Distal End Cutter with Gold-Plated Handles, 13 cm

This safety hold distal end cutter is an orthodontic instrument for orthodontists and orthodontic therapists, used to trim the distal end of an archwire flush behind the last molar tube or bracket. The specialised jaw cuts the wire and simultaneously grips the cut-off piece, so it does not fly off and get lost. Holding the off-cut matters chairside, where a loose wire end is hard to retrieve.

Manufactured from hardened stainless steel with a polished finish, the tool is resistant to corrosion and can be fully sterilised in an autoclave.
