Raises the work over a bunsen or torch flame so heat comes up through the mesh, evenly and from below. For soldering, annealing, enamelling and sweating joints.

  • 9 inch (23 cm) tall: more room for a burner underneath than the 7 inch stand
  • 6 inch (15 cm) square steel wire mesh screen
  • Cast ring top with three screw-in steel legs, packs flat
  • Steel throughout, takes direct flame
  • Approx. 200 g

Built for: heating from beneath: bring a piece up to soldering heat, anneal sheet and wire, or fire small enamels. A 7 inch height is listed separately.
