How to choose

Match the tip to the job: fine points for picking up small findings, serrated tips for faceted stones, and long or curved tips where heat or acid means you need reach. Titanium tweezers are non-magnetic, which matters near watch movements. Use copper or brass tongs in pickle, never steel.

Frequently asked questions

What do the tweezer pattern numbers mean?
They are standard watchmaking tip patterns. Patterns such as 5 and 5A have very fine points for tiny parts, and pattern 7 is curved. Check each product page for the exact length and tip shape.

Why anti-magnetic tweezers?
Magnetised tweezers pick up and drag small steel parts, which is a problem inside watch movements. Titanium is non-magnetic.

Can I use cross-lock tweezers for soldering?
Yes, that's what they're for. Pick a pair with fibre or wooden handle inserts so heat doesn't reach your fingers.

Do you dispatch the same day?
We aim to. Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are targeted for same-day dispatch; later orders are dispatched from the next working day. It is a target, not a guarantee. Most UK orders arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch.

What's your return policy?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You pay return postage unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
