Contra-Angled Dental Luxation Elevator with 3 mm Tapered Blade for Extractions
This dental luxation elevator has a fine, 3 mm tapered blade for dentists and oral surgeons carrying out extractions. The blade is worked into the periodontal ligament space alongside the root with controlled pressure, rather than used as a heavy lever.
The contra-angled neck positions the blade for access and visibility in hard-to-reach areas of the mouth, allowing controlled, careful working. Constructed from surgical-grade stainless steel, the instrument can be fully sterilised via autoclave, dry heat, or chemiclave, so it fits the practice's routine instrument decontamination cycle.
Who it's for:
- Dentists luxating teeth and retained roots during routine extractions.
- Oral surgeons who want a fine contra-angled blade for posterior access.
- Dental nurses and decontamination (LDU) staff making up and reprocessing extraction trays.
