Dental Bone Compression Screw Kit for Sinus Lifts and Implants, in Stainless Steel Case

This comprehensive kit provides the necessary instruments for condensing bone tissue in dental implant procedures, particularly for sinus lifts. By gently compressing the bone rather than removing it, the kit helps to increase bone density and improve the primary stability of the implant, which is crucial for successful integration in softer bone types (3 or 4).

The set is organised in a fitted stainless steel case, suitable for sterilisation. It includes seven graduated compression screws (1.6 x 2.8, 2 x 3.3, 2.4 x 3.6, 2.8 x 4.2, 3, 3.5 & 4 mm), a 1.5 mm lance drill, a 4 mm ratchet wrench, short and long 2.5 mm motor mounts, and short and long 2.5 mm ratchet drivers.
