Miniature Skinner Knife, 51mm Damascus Steel Blade with Pakkawood Handle and Leather Sheath
This compact knife features a hand-forged Damascus steel blade, constructed from 512 layers of 4340 and 1075 steels. The forging process creates a distinctive twist pattern unique to each blade, which is then hardened to 55-58 HRC for dependable performance.
The full-tang construction extends into a 30mm green pakkawood handle, affixed with brass pins for a secure grip. With an overall length of just 81mm, it's a highly portable tool. A fitted leather sheath is included for safe storage or use as a neck knife. To maintain the blade, keep it clean, dry, and lightly oiled after use.
Ideal for fine cutting tasks in model making, leatherwork, or for general workshop utility where a larger blade is impractical.

Carrying in public. Under section 139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (with equivalents in Scotland and Northern Ireland), it is an offence to have any bladed or sharply pointed article in a public place without good reason or lawful authority. Carry your purchase only when transporting it directly to and from a workplace, workshop, fieldcraft course, hunting estate, or other lawful use.
Use. This is a sharp working tool, not a weapon. Cut away from the body, keep fingers behind the edge, sheathe before storing, and keep out of reach of children.
Care. Wipe dry after every use and apply a thin film of mineral or camellia oil to prevent rust — high-carbon and Damascus steels will spot or patina if left damp.
