Star Steel Disc Cutter Set, 5 Punches, 8-21 mm, Jewellery Making Tool

This disc cutter set allows you to punch clean, consistent five-pointed star shapes from non-ferrous metal sheet. The set includes a solid steel die block and five corresponding punches, all machined from tempered, high-carbon tool steel for durable cutting edges.

To use, place your sheet metal (up to 18 gauge) into the die and strike the corresponding punch firmly with a mallet or hammer. The five included punches produce stars in approximate sizes of 8x9 mm, 11x12 mm, 14x15 mm, 17x18 mm, and 20x21 mm. Using a cutting lubricant will prolong the life of the tool.

This tool is used by jewellers and craftspeople to produce uniform components for pendants, charms, earrings, and decorative metalwork.
