Damascus Steel 6-Piece Chef Knife Set with Black Micarta Handles & Leather Sheaths

A comprehensive six-piece set of kitchen knives, each hand-forged from 512 layers of 1075 and 4340 steel. The resulting Damascus blade exhibits a distinct 'Raindrop' pattern and is hardened to 55-58 HRC for excellent edge retention and resilience. The full-tang construction is fitted with durable black Micarta handle scales, secured with brass pipe-hole rivets for a comfortable and secure grip.

Each knife is supplied with its own protective leather sheath. The set includes a versatile range of blade shapes and sizes (all measurements are approximate):

• Large Chef's Knife: 213 mm (8.4") blade

Care. Wipe dry after every use and apply a thin film of mineral or camellia oil to prevent rust — high-carbon and Damascus steels will spot or patina if left damp.
