This compact hatchet is forged from Damascus steel, folded five times to create a distinctive pattern with more than 246 layers. The blade is heat-treated and sharpened for immediate functional use straight out of the box.
The handle is crafted from exotic wood, secured with brass and mosaic pins for durability and a comfortable grip. At an overall length of 190mm (7.5 inches), it offers a good balance between portability and utility. A stitched leather sheath is included to protect the blade during storage and transport.
A capable tool for detailed woodworking, camp craft, or for general workshop tasks requiring a small, sharp axe.

Care. Wipe dry after every use and apply a thin film of mineral or camellia oil to prevent rust — high-carbon and Damascus steels will spot or patina if left damp.
