This hand-forged karambit knife features a distinctive raindrop pattern Damascus steel blade. The blade is constructed from 512 layers of 4340 stainless steel and 1075 high carbon steel, providing a balance of toughness and edge-holding capability, hardened to 55-58 HRC.

The full-tang construction extends into a contoured black Micarta handle, secured with brass pins for durability and a comfortable grip. The traditional karambit finger ring at the pommel offers enhanced control and retention during intricate cutting tasks.

To maintain the blade, keep it dry and lightly oiled with mineral oil after use. This tool is suited for precision cutting in leatherwork, model making, or as a utility blade for general workshop tasks.

Before you order

Age 18+ only. By placing this order you confirm you are 18 or over. The courier will request photo ID at delivery and return the parcel if no eligible adult is available.

Carrying in public. Under section 139 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (with equivalents in Scotland and Northern Ireland), it is an offence to have any bladed or sharply pointed article in a public place without good reason or lawful authority. Carry your purchase only when transporting it directly to and from a workplace, workshop, fieldcraft course, hunting estate, or other lawful use.

Use. This is a sharp working tool, not a weapon. Cut away from the body, keep fingers behind the edge, sheathe before storing, and keep out of reach of children.

Care. Wipe dry after every use and apply a thin film of mineral or camellia oil to prevent rust — high-carbon and Damascus steels will spot or patina if left damp.

Shipping. UK addresses only. Signature and photo ID required at delivery. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or addresses outside the UK.

Liability. Toolsmith Ltd accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or legal consequences arising from the misuse, unlawful possession, or unlawful use of any tool sold on this site. The buyer is solely responsible for lawful and safe use. Full terms in our knives & axes guide.
